Hi, I'm Piotr.
I've spent 15 years making payments work at scale, at Booking.com, Uber and SaaS companies. Along the way I've worked on payment provider integrations, routing across providers, fraud and chargebacks, and the approval and conversion numbers that decide how much revenue actually arrives.
Why Leakproof Payments
Large merchants have whole teams watching every declined payment and every basis point of fees. SaaS companies with a few million euros in payments usually have nobody. Payments sits between finance, product and engineering, and the losses stay invisible. I started Leakproof Payments to give those companies the same discipline without hiring a full team.
